I was so happy with the experience I had working with Maria and Mike, their skill sets compliment each other tremendously. I was so overwhelmed by the idea of selling my house as it needed a lot of help to get it ready to go on the market. I own two businesses and have 5 teenagers a dog a cat and a husband to take care of. I really had no extra time to manage to get my house ready to sell. The day I met Mike at my house he was the answer to all my stress. Mike walked through the house and we made a plan to move out all the furniture, paint the inside and outside of the house, redo the wood floors, and replace any bad wood as well as clean up the yard. He said he would manage all the contractors, get me good rates and do a lot of the work himself. Maria was in charge of staging and marketing the house online as well as running open houses. The two of them together saved me so much stress and money. The passion Mike had over my house because he was emotionally invested now that he had done so much work to make it beautiful was inspiring. The house went on the market 2 weeks after our initial meeting and it looked so beautiful it was hard to leave it. It was sold to an adorable family with 4 boys who will love it as much as we did. The experience was as stress free as selling a house can possibly be thanks to Maria and Mike's professionalism and passion.
